Shipping policy

• We ship discreetly! Our toys are packed in plain brown boxes (poly bags for suction cups), with a typical white shipping label. The return address reads “JS" with our address.

• We heat seal our toys in plastic bags, and wrap the items in tissue paper.
  
  
• We require a full name, full correct address, and correct email address or phone number for tracking updates. 
  
  
• All orders are shipped using USPS. We are unable to offer any additional carriers at this time.
  
  
• You will be provided with a tracking number, which will update within 24 hours of being generated.
  
  
• Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3-10 days after your order leaves our hands.
  
  
• If your order is marked undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you at the email you used to place the order with an invoice for the cost of re-shipping the item to an address you provide. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will refund your item.
  
  
• If you suspect you've input an address incorrectly, you must contact us within one hour of purchase to complete a change. Requests outside of this one hour window may not be honored. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses so be sure to check your address BEFORE you purchase.
